Sue’s roots run deep in the Northern Black Hills. Sue was born and raised in Belle Fourche and has lived in Spearfish since 1980. She raised her 2 children here and  has 8 grandchildren. Sue has been involved in ownership of many businesses over the years. Sue is a property owner and believes in the value of real estate investment in the Northern Hills. Over her 34 year career, Sue has seen many changes in the market, however her service to her clients hasn't changed! Even in a down market, the area has remained strong!

Sue began her real estate career in 1992 when the 1st Real Estate Center opened for business. Sue was one of the first Realtors in the Northern Hills to earn her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) degree. Sue has always strived to further her education and professionalism.

Sue has been involved in her community through CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) serving on the Board of Directors and serving as President of the Board twice in her 10 years on the Board. Sue was one of the founding members of RAM (Realtors Against Meth), bringing awareness of the problems of Meth plaguing our young people. Sue has served as a Sunday School teacher at Countryside Community Church for the past 10 years and is currently teaching Pre-K at Connection Church in Belle Fourche.

Real estate has been Sue’s full-time profession and she has earned a reputation as a hardworking, honest, professional Realtor.
